Tradition and modernity surrounded by vineyards

La Legua’s vineyards and winery are located on the Finca de La Legua, a family-owned estate that lies at a distance of 6 kilometers, or one league, from Valladolid and from the towns of Fuensaldaña, Mucientes, Cigales and Cabezón.

In 1997, after the regeneration and replanting of La Legua’s vineyards in accordance with modern cultivation methods and traditional knowledge, we decided to build the current winery over the passageways and tunnels of the old winery, which has seen three centuries go by.

We are committed to offering quality wines which form part of the Cigales Denomination of Origin (D.O.), with a character and personality of their own. To achieve this, our red wines and our rosés are produced exclusively with painstakingly cultivated and carefully selected grapes from the Estate of La Legua.
